Full-Service Floral Design Process
Step 1: Initial Inquiry + Consultation
Submit your inquiry through our contact page. We schedule an optional call if needed, and we’ll listen closely to your design preferences, style, and event goals.
Step 2: Custom Floral Proposal + Moodboard
After your inquiry/consultation, we’ll share a custom floral proposal—your first glimpse into how we’ll thoughtfully bring your vision to life through flowers
Step 3: We’re locked in
Once you’ve approved the proposal, we’ll secure your date with a signed contract and deposit. From there, the magic begins to unfold!
Step 4: Sourcing + Planning
We’ll plan and source the best materials to bring your vision to life and keep you in the loop as everything comes together. If needed, we can coordinate a mockup or site visit. We're flexible! Your vision can shift, and we’ll roll with it!
Step 5: Wedding Day!
On the day of your event, we’ll be on-site to install everything with care and attention to detail. We’ll work smoothly with your vendor team to make sure everything comes together beautifully, so you can soak it all in and just enjoy the day!
Step 6: Post-Event Breakdown
After the celebration, we’ll handle all the floral cleanup so your venue’s left spotless and you can stay fully in the moment. No stress needed!
